Full Essentials-tier access for up to 5 locations. We connect to your existing thermostats, monitor your equipment, and deliver health scores and early warnings. No credit card required to start. At day 30, you decide whether to continue.
Monthly or annual billing per RTU monitored. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10% discount. RTU count is based on active units at the start of each billing period. You can add or remove locations at any time.
Yes. Many operators start with a pilot group of locations, verify the ROI, and roll out across their portfolio. There's no minimum commitment on Essentials, Professional, or Operations tiers. Enterprise has a 500-RTU minimum.
